SHIPPING POLICY
At Blythe & Rose, every order is handled with care from the moment you place it until it arrives at your door. Here's everything you need to know about shipping and delivery.
FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom no minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
DELIVERY TIMES
Processing: Your order is carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 6–12 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day. During busy periods, such as the festive season, delivery may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 2–5 business days to appear after dispatch, so don't worry if there's no movement straight away.
You can follow your parcel at any time via the link in your email.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Need to change your address or cancel? E-mail us before your order is dispatched and we'll take care of it. Once your order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed, but you can still return it under our 14-day returns policy.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout it helps us get your parcel to you without delays.
OUR DELIVERY PROMISE
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, let us know and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Simply email us with your order number (and a photo if the item is damaged) within 14 days of delivery.
